When I was in my 20s man, if things didn't go the way I wanted, my attitude was, "Let's blow this popsicle stand 🤣". I didn't stick around. Whether it was a job, relationship, church, you name it. I plus You was negative if it didn't fit my social constructs.

Now, not so much! I'm much more fluid and like water. I've learned to not be so rigid and to leave the door open. People change. Why? Because LIFE changes. God gives us the love we need in the way that we need it at different ages in our life. What you need at 2months old is not the same thing you need at 12 or what you need at 20. In the words of Debbie Allen, "Relax, Relate and Release." You don't have to control everything.

Let him. (Be whatever you need him to be)
