April 27, 2021, Today's devotional.
May I confess a secret?
I have been running from the calling Jehovah God has called me to for years until some recent years. You'd think my father was Jonah because I thought I had mastered running. When I had mastered nothing but disobedience and procrastination. Recently I realized that even now I had not fully stopped running. Always wondered why my back, legs, and feet hurt so bad.🤣
Many times we know we have heard from God to do a particular thing and you push it off. You then make statements to deny the calling like, "God hasn't spoken to me or I have no idea what God wants me to do" When you clearly know but you are procrastinating by asking him for multiple confirmations or signs.
When you KNOW God does not change his mind!!
If God gave us what we deserve because of our direct disobedience we'd be dead. Take up your mat and walk! That divine calling on your life is with purpose and intent. By you not being in position it's impacting someone else's salvation!
🗝️ Major key alert Kings & Queens to Kingdom Living Doing what God says is not an option. You are going to bend the knee one way or another. Trust me!

Brothers and sisters, I know that I still have a long way to go. But there is one thing I do: I forget what is in the past and try as hard as I can to reach the goal before me. [14] I keep running hard toward the finish line to get the prize that is mine because God has called me through Christ Jesus to life up there in heaven.
