Surprise

April 24, 2021, Today's devotional. Happy Sabbath.

Life does not bring us surprises.

Whether we choose to accept it or not there were always clues before things happened. If you used to be anything like me, I always wanted to see things for what I wanted it to be and not what it was because of my own insecurities. I would then go to Jehovah-God and pray for a different outcome.

What is so, IS so.

God is Alpha and Omega. There's is so turning him. God cannot be manipulated through prayer. Prayer is not to change outcomes, prayer is to accept what is so. It is there so you can ask God to help you come into agreement with what he has already said.

🗝️ Major key alert Kings & Queens peace and wisdom comes when you learn to trust what you are seeing, accept what you are seeing.

Be very careful when you go to worship God. It is better to listen to God than to give sacrifices like fools. Fools often do bad things, and they don't even know it. [2] Be careful when you make promises to God. Be careful about what you say to him. Don't let your feelings cause you to speak too soon. God is in heaven, and you are on the earth. So you need to say only a few things to him. This saying is true: [6] So don't let your words cause you to sin. Don't say to the priest, "I didn't mean what I said." If you do this, God might become angry with your words and destroy everything you have worked for.
