⏳👩🏽🏫Hello, good morning.
June 12, 2021, Today's devotional.
Divine (Life) lessons are not the easiest ones to learn from. Whereas with school lessons you have an expectation of the outcome based on the subject you are studying.
⏳Waiting = Lessons
One of the reasons divine lessons are so challenging is because we never know when, how, what, where or why we will get a lesson. They are unpredictable and catch us off guard. As humans, we are predictable and habitual. We tend to do things the same way out of comfort.
So when Jehovah chooses to teach you a listen, we think it shows up out of nowhere and at times challenges our understanding. However, he already knew what our reaction to that lesson would be.
When we start evaluating our past decisions, we will see a pattern on our journey. Which helps us pass the future lesson based on the decisions we have already made.
Divine lessons don't have to be as overwhelming as we allow them to be, yet if we don't want to keep arriving at the same destination, we must choose to review the instant replays of our lives (memories) and intentionally choose something different.
Be more accepting, consistent, forgiving, gracious, honest, intentional, loving, merciful, powerful, respectful, and trusting towards yourself and others.
It's time for you and me to pass the divine lesson so we can graduate on a new journey.
Let's pass it together.
🎭Major character alert: Kings & Queens understand excellence isn't in how many times you fall but in how many times you get up.
💓I love you; Abba loves you; we love you!
🙏🏽Jeremiah 12:16 ERV
I want these people to learn their lessons well. In the past, they taught my people to use Baal's name to make promises. Now, I want them to learn to use my name. I want them to say, 'As the LORD lives ….' If they do that, I will allow them to be successful, and I will let them live among my people.
