⏳🛂Hello, good morning.
June 2, 2021, Today's devotional.
For some, waiting is frustrating because it requires them to release control/power to another person, place, or thing. Control/power is important especially if you have been in situations where someone or thing has controlled you or felt powerless.
⏳Waiting = Release control
Understanding that when you choose to follow Jehovah God that means you relinquish all control to him. You yield to his decisions or as his scripture says, "His will". Yielding to someone who is greater than you can be a scary thought. Yet, it should not be - because the one we are yielding to is our Father, our creator, the one who loved us before we even knew who he was.
When you finally make up your mind to release all control, you will notice waiting becomes much easier.
Today, ask yourself why you have not totally surrendered ALL control to Jehovah.
