Endings

May 20, 2021, Today's devotional.

We love to celebrate new beginnings!

New job, new car, new baby, "new phone who dis? 😂😜", new, marriage, and the biggest one of them all, New Year.

So much so that we never truly embrace endings! We cry, pout, exhibit anger, depression all at the ending of something. We exclaim, "We need closure!" if it does not end the way we plan.

God is Alpha and Omega.

We need to get comfortable with ends & exits.

Why wait for something to turn bad until you realize your season is over? Most times Jehovah God told you your time was up way before the messy ending occurred, however, in your stubbornness you dragged it out and now you are upset. Learn to leave when God says go! Learn to let go of something without sorrow attached or disagreement.

Learn to let people go! Especially in the good times. To be honest that is the best time to leave when people can remember the value you brought without anything negative attached to it.

Fish and guest get old after 3 days, don't be the fish🐠!

Again, God is Alpha, and what? Omega! Exactly, the beginning and THE END.
