Grace & Mercy

 🎭🕊️Hello, good morning.

May 3, 2021, Today's devotional.

When I look at some of the decisions that I have made in my life, I realize that it was no one but Jehovah to get me through. I'm not saying all my actions have been very egregious, I just recognize he had his hand all over my life. The closer I get to him, the more grateful I am for his Grace & Mercy.

"Grace is getting what you don't deserve; Mercy is not getting what you deserve"

Can I get an amen?!

We all know there are times where you were not doing your best and maybe you received a promotion or bonus or passed that class, that's Grace.  

Then there were times you were speeding down that highway and didn't get that ticket or car accident, you were in a place you clearly should not have been. You did that thing you knew you should not have been doing and God let the consequences pass, that's Mercy.

Think about your life and reflect on the grace & mercy Yahweh has extended to you. Then ask yourself why is it so hard for you to extend the same to someone else?

God is gracious and merciful.
