Faithful

 🎭✝️Hello, good morning.

May 2, 2021, Today's devotional.

🍿Traveling this journey of life we can all look back and view our lives as a movie reel in fast forward and see the people who have been consistent or in & out your life. With the exception of family, I have two friends who have consistently been in my life since I was 15, Leanna and 17, Lenita. Good, bad, or indifferent they are women that rode the waves of life with me.

That is faithful. That is loyalty.

We have not always agreed but they have always been true to who they are and never left my side even during the waves in their own lives.

Yahweh is faithful. When you look over the movie reel of your life if you pay attention you will see how his hand has consistently been in every scene of your life. Even when you felt him be distant. He was there. It takes maturity and perspective to see how in all joyful circumstances and painful circumstances, he's been there...and he still IS here.

Adonai, says "I am faithful. You can always count on me."

He's the father that takes off work to come to your horrible school play, recital, or athletic game. Cheers, you on and takes you to McDonald's when it's over. Telling you he's proud of you. Knowing you sucked🤣😂🤣!

He will give us a few people that will journey through life with you however he will ALWAYS walk with you.

Be faithful to him. When you learn to be consistent and faithful to him, it allows you to be that way for yourself and others.

Who are you showing up for?

Evaluate if you are showing up for the right person and people.

Show up for Yahweh, because he shows up for us.

🎭Major character alert: Kings & Queens are faithful. People respect those who are committed and consistent.

💓I love you, he loves you, we love you!

🙏🏽Deuteronomy 32:4-7,11 ERV
"The Lord is the Rock, and his work is perfect! Yes, all his ways are right! God is true and faithful. He is good and honest. [5] And you are not really his children. You are completely unfaithful to him. You are crooked liars. [6] Is this the way you repay the LORD for all he has done for you? You are stupid, foolish people. He is your Father and your Creator. He made you, and he supports you. [7] "Remember the days of the past. Think about what happened so long ago. Ask your father; he will tell you. Ask your leaders; they will tell you. [11] like an eagle when she makes her young leave the nest to fly. She stays close to them, ready to help. She spreads her wings to catch them when they fall and carries them to a safe place.
